All orders are shipped twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. If the confirmation email for your order arrives after 2 PM EST on a Thursday, it will be shipped with the following week's orders. You will receive another confirmation once your order has shipped.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $35 within 30 km. For orders under $35, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 12-3 on Mondays and Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Shipping to the U.S.
We offer shipping to the United States! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $75.
We offer international shipping! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Carabara Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Tracking information will only be available IF you chose tracked shipping. If you have selected tracked shipping, the tracking number will appear in your confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Exchanges and refunds are only offered on items that arrive in damaged condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
